All wall decals orders are shipped within 1-3 business days, Monday to Friday via USPS. Except on holidays (Christmas, Thanksgiving, Labor day, Black Friday weekend...), or exceptional activity rush. Wall murals, canvas wraps, and any custom orders may take 2-7 before they ship.
During the Christmas period, shipping may be delayed due to the shipping carrier contact us for express shipping option. Orders placed on holidays or weekends are processed the next business day. Orders are shipped from Illinois. Most delayed orders are shipped within 5 business days.
All orders are shipped according to the information supplied by the customer. If a package is not delivered due to an error made by the customer in submitting improper shipping information, we will RESHIP the package with corrected address at the customer's expense. If delivery attempts have been made to deliver the package by the shipping company, and it is returned to Graphics Mesh, the package will be resent at the customer's expense.
If customer wishes to cancel the order after it has been shipped, all return policies will apply. Any fees incurred as a result of the package being returned to us will be deducted from the refund issued.
Graphics Mesh will not be responsible for any delays in shipping due to the shipping company's error(s). This includes local delivery errors as well as international customs issues. We reserve the right to change shipping providers without notice. -
Outside of the US shipping First Class International or USPS International tariffs, customs fees and taxes are the buyer's responsibility. Your package will be shipped via USPS First Class International and unfortunately there is no tracking number available for international orders at this time!! PLEASE BEWARE WE WILL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR DAMAGED ORDERS!!!**** Please contact us about rush orders or to follow-up on your order directly, we will be glad to assist you.

Graphics Mesh aims for your complete satisfaction. All decals, prints, vinyl murals are custom made to order. Please look over your order and make sure you have the size, color, and/or material right before placing an order. If you are not sure about the colors as all screen monitors can show colors differently, you can order samples prior to your purchase. If you receive an item that doesn't meet your expectations, please let us know just how we can fix it within 7 DAYS of receiving your item and we'll make it right.
Any returns or exchanges will be honored within 30 DAYS of the date of purchase, including manufacturing defects or shipping damage! There is no re-stocking fee for defective, or damaged merchandise, and return shipping charges will be waived. Please contact us if you have any issues. Do not dispose or send back your damaged decal before contacting us!!! WE REQUIRE PROOF IN A FORM OF A PICTURES emailed to info[at]graphicsmesh.com
Most decals will qualify for an exchange if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase and need to exchange it for a different size, different color, or different item. Please not you will be responsible for the additional shipping fees as well as shipping the original item back. Any products that have been used in any way cannot be accepted for exchange or return!
If you destroy the decal during installation, we may offer you a replacement at a reduced cost. In order to qualify for a lower cost replacement, you must send us the damaged decal or provide sufficient proof of the damaged decal.
Custom orders are not eligible for any returns. Custom orders qualify ONLY for an exchange due to manufacturing defects or shipping damage. -

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
